The Calendar view is available for those who want a traditional view of their schedule information. It is recommended that most of your scheduling be done with the Schedule Board since it hides non-working days and you don't need to switch between months when viewing schedules at the start or end of each month.

Where the Calendar view is most valueable is for viewing or printing schedules for a particular Mechanic. A simple click on the Schedule Board produces the appropriate Calendar with the desired information.
